The Everington Companies includes two firms: Wellington Consulting Services, Inc. (WCS) and Everington Consulting, Inc. (ECI). WCS is a Registered Investment Adviser with the SEC, while ECI is a Third-Party Administrator (TPA) and a daily-valuation retirement plan recordkeeper. ECI and its predecessor have been providing comprehensive and turnkey company-sponsored retirement plan administration services for over twenty years.

Atlas-RIA is a customizable solution consisting of Everington’s recordkeeping, TPA, ERISA 3(38) fiduciary, Good Governance, and technical support services. It is designed to allow our partnering Registered Investment Adviser (RIA) firms to deliver discretionary asset management and plan sponsor consulting services to company-sponsored retirement plans. With Everington doing the “heavy-lifting”, advisory firms can enter the ERISA retirement plan marketplace without having to navigate the complexities of the ERISA tax-code or become an “at-risk” fiduciary to the retirement plan. There’s no need to settle for a subpar bundled retirement plan recordkeeper, such as an insurance company, to obtain the daily plan recordkeeping services you need to grow your business.

We fully support both “brokerage-window” accounts, as well as a unitization service to make your managed stock and bond portfolios easily available to all plan participants. These services allow you the flexibility to deliver your management services the way you want.

In other words, Atlas-RIA enables you to offer a cutting-edge 401(k) plan that incorporates your advisory services via participant brokerage-window accounts, or alternatively as a plan level “pooled account” to all plan participants as a “core” investment option at enrollment. We also offer such conveniences as the collection of your management fees and the generation of your needed fee disclosure statements.

You choose what we provide to the plan sponsor, and we don’t compete with you. Your money management and consulting services are fully supported and integrated into the ATLAS-401(k) product. Your clients remain your clients.
